I’m Carly—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, coach, and firm believer that pizza and progress can coexist.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I’ve always loved being active. I grew up playing sports, which sparked a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. I started my career with a Chemistry degree from Penn State and worked as a product developer at Kimberly-Clark. But in the evenings, I was leading spin classes, bootcamps, and personal training—and I quickly realized that’s where my heart truly was.

As I worked with clients in fitness, I kept hearing the same questions: What should I be eating? How does food fuel my goals? I wanted to dig deeper (cue the science nerd in me), so I went back to school to study nutrition.

I earned my degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and completed my dietetic internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. After passing my boards, I officially became a Registered Dietitian and have since worked both in clinical settings and one-on-one with clients to create personalized, sustainable nutrition plans.

Whether you’re training for your next race, building a healthier relationship with food, or just trying to figure out how to make weeknight dinners less stressful—I’m here to help.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me running, reading, coaching at Orangetheory, checking out a new brewery, or exploring with my husband.

And yes—I’m a big believer that all foods can fit.
